In September 2023, BETAR became a participant in the national Labor Productivity project.

The pilot project selected the stream "Increasing labor productivity in the production flow of the RD-15 water pressure regulator".

To date, a project working group has been formed, those responsible for the implementation of the project have been identified in the areas of "Decomposition of goals", "Optimization of product flows", "Training", "Project and Change Management".

Also, the first Lean manufacturing training was conducted at the enterprise, where the company's employees were able to get acquainted with the project, learn the basics of lean manufacturing and the implementation of improvement projects.
